About the Internship:
MetLife Stadium — home of the New York Giants and New York Jets — is offering an immersive Guest Services Internship for the Fall 2025 semester. This unpaid opportunity is open to currently enrolled undergraduate juniors, seniors (as of September 2025), or post-graduate students who are interested in hospitality, customer experience, and live event management.
Internship Dates:
September 2025 through the end of the NFL season
(2 days per week + scheduled stadium events)
What You’ll Learn:
This internship provides a behind-the-scenes view of the strategies and teamwork required to operate a large-scale venue while delivering a world-class guest experience. Interns will gain experience in:
  • Customer service, premium services, and guest satisfaction
  • Event-day operations, logistics, and communication
  • Staff management, recruitment, and internal support systems
  • Problem-solving in real-time guest-facing scenarios
  • The coordination between internal departments that supports successful events
Responsibilities:
Interns will work closely with the Guest Services Team, as well as other departments, on a wide variety of tasks including (but not limited to):
Guest & Premium Services:
  • Respond to guest emails, phone calls, and service requests
  • Assist in managing Guest Services Event Representatives on game and event days
  • Help coordinate event-day briefings, paperwork, and materials distribution
  • Support inventory management for event and concert supplies
  • Provide accurate directions and information to guests on-site
  • Assist with Lost and Found program operations
  • Deliver communications and amenities to suite holders
  • Shadow staff on event days to observe real-time operations
  • Promote Guest Services programs and initiatives
Team Member Experience:
  • Help with recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of new staff
  • Assist with new hire orientation and training sessions
  • Support employee communication, recognition, and engagement efforts
  • Work with uniform room staff to prepare and distribute uniforms on event days
  • Provide support to team members during both event and non-event days
What We’re Looking For:
  • Currently enrolled undergraduate junior/senior (as of September 2025) or post-graduate student
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with a strong desire to learn and contribute
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Interest in event operations, hospitality, sports, or entertainment industries
  • Willingness to follow MetLife Stadium policies and procedures
Schedule:
This internship includes weekday office hours (2 days/week) plus stadium events, which may occur on evenings, weekends, and holidays. A work schedule will be shared at least one week in advance.

  • Unpaid internship
  • Academic credit is optional and can be arranged through your university
  • We offer feedback, evaluations, and weekly progress reports as required by academic programs
  • On-site internship (no remote option)
