The Hub City Spartanburgers, the High-A Affiliates of the Texas Rangers, are currently looking for eager, hard-working individuals to join the team for the 2026 season! Our goal is to provide real hands-on experience that can be used to land leading roles within the highly competitive professional sports industry. This paid position begins in spring 2026 and will conclude at the end of the 2026 season. 
Job Summary
The Ticket Operations Intern assists with ticket sales, distribution, and event entry, often involving customer service at a box office or will-call window, managing ticketing software, and helping with administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include providing customer support via phone, email, or in-person, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth entry process for attendees, which frequently requires working evenings and weekends. 

Main Responsibilities
Customer service:
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist guests in person at the box office or will-call window.
Ticket management: Distribute tickets, process orders using ticketing software, and help manage will-call lists.
Sales and payments: Assist with ticket sales, handle credit card payments, and balance transactions.
Event-day support: Provide support during events, such as setting up the box office, troubleshooting ticket issues, and coordinating with other event staff for smooth entry.
Administrative tasks: Help with administrative duties, such as data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records. 

Required skills and qualifications 
Strong customer service and communication skills. 
Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling payments. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
