The Eau Claire Express are seeking talented, hard working young professionals to join our intern staff for the 2027 season. Interns gain valuable experience in the operations of the team and become an extension of the front office over the summer. Many interns have gone on to have fulltime careers within the sports industry. The Express play at historic Carson Park (the same stadium where Hank Aaron first played professionally). If you're ready to work hard, grow your resume, and have a great summer, then this is the right spot for you.
Internship will run from May 10th-mid August (subject to change based on class schedule).
The duties of the Data Analytics intern include any or all of the following:

The duties of the Data Analytics intern include any or all of the following:
- Game Statistics & Scoring
- Serve as the official statistician for all Express home games
- Set up, operate, and manage official scoring software
- Update and maintain accurate rosters, statistics, and records throughout the season
- Trackman Operations
- Serve as the official Trackman tagger for all Express home games
- Synergy Operations
- Set up Synergy cameras and software for all Express home games
- Upload data after each game
- Assist the coaching staff with uniform and equipment distribution
- Collect laundry from home and visiting team, and bring to the laundromat each night and pick up the next day
- Create daily player stat packs for coaches and players
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Sports Management, Coaching or Statistics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask
- Experience with scoring sporting events
