The Eau Claire Express are seeking talented, hard working young professionals to join our intern staff for the 2027 season. Interns gain valuable experience in the operations of the team and become an extension of the front office over the summer. Many interns have gone on to have fulltime careers within the sports industry. The Express play at historic Carson Park (the same stadium where Hank Aaron first played professionally). If you're ready to work hard, grow your resume, and have a great summer, then this is the right spot for you.
Internship will run from May 10th-mid August (subject to change based on class schedule).
The duties of the Hospitality intern include any or all of the following:

The duties of the Hospitality intern include any or all of the following:
- Assist in directing box office sales at the downtown office and at Carson Park
- Oversee will-call tickets
- Process call-ins and walk-in ticket orders
- Staff Will Call Booth on game day
- Coordinate and execute group ticket/corporate outings
- Work with marketing interns to organize all birthday outings
- Follow up with groups coming to Carson Park to get final ticket counts, ticket delivery methods, and dietary restrictions
- Exhibit strong customer service
- Visit groups during their event to ensure their needs are being met
- Track tasks and orders in the ticket/CRM system
- Maintain a detailed list of follow-up calls
- Pull CRM data for Mailchimp and Vozzi lists weekly
- Create new promotion ideas to promote ticket sales
- Work with marketing interns to create ticket packages around theme nights
- Create promo codes in the ticket system
- Assist in overseeing season ticket, sponsor, host family, and 5-game package requests
- Be the main contact for special requests
- Assist in printing and distributing tickets prior to the season
- Assist with fan deck setup to maximize the fan experience & coordinate group seating assignments
- Includes working with the stadium operations interns to ensure proper staffing of the fan deck
- Assist with player and mascot appearances if necessary
- Coordinate promo codes for youth organization of the night
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Sports Management, Business, Marketing
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong computer skills
- Organized, motivated, and able to work independently
