2027 Internship - Seasonal (January-October)

Starting in 2027, our internship has some exciting changes! Instead of separate Spring, Summer, and Fall sessions, we’re launching a Season-Long Internship!

That means the internship will run for the duration of the 2027 World Tour (January-October)!Selected interns will be part of the entire season of creating unforgettable experiences for our fans!

If you’re excited about diving in, growing a ton, and being part of the full season with us, we’d love for you to apply!

Internship Application Process

APPLYING FOR AN INTERNSHIP WITH Fans first entertainment CONSISTS OF 3 PHASES!

AFTER EACH PHASE, A SELECT NUMBER OF CANDIDATES WILL MOVE INTO THE NEXT PHASE.

PHASE 1: INTROS
August 24 to September 18, 2026
We’ll connect on why you’re interested in interning with the Bananas and which roles you’d like to learn more about.

PHASE 2: CULTURE
September 22 to October 16, 2026
We’ll dive deeper into the Fans First Way (our core values) to see how you might add to our culture.

PHASE 3: SKILLS
October 20 to November 13, 2026
We’ll walk you through the specific skills needed for the internship you’re best fit for and explore your aptitude for the role.

DATES OF INTERNSHIP:

January 12 – October 31, 2027

*January 12 is the earliest start date for this internship! We will finalize and communicate the official start date during phase 3 of the interview process!

Fan Experience & Event Operations
You'll thrive in this position if you love engaging with others and can confidently take initiative in problem-solving and routine responsibilities.

Game Presentation
You'll thrive in this role if you love to flex your creative muscles, and enjoy seeing a project through start to finish. 

In-Game Promotions
You'll thrive in this tole if you are exceptionally organize, bring non-stop enthusiasm to whatever you do, and can keep a smile on your face for 5 hours straight because you're Always on Stage!

Logistics
You'll thrive in this position if you aren't afraid to work w/ your hands and are energized by executing efficient processes!

Merchandise & Retail Experience
You'll thrive in this role if you're exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and are always looking for the next thing to complete!

Media Relations
You'll thrive in this position if you love hospitality and pride yourself on maintaining the highest standards of excellence!

People Operations
You'll thrive in this position if you love interacting with people and have a keen eye for detail and processes.

Photography
You'll thrive in this position if you are happier behind the camera than in front and you have experience shooting and editing high-quality photos!

Stadium Operations
You’ll thrive in this position if you aren’t afraid to work with your hands or jump into any position in a kitchen and want to creatively re-imagine and care for something beautiful and historic.

Travel & Accommodations
You'll thrive in this role if you love planning travel logistics and love going above and beyond for others!

Video Production
You'll thrive in this position if you work well in fast-paced environments and you have experience shooting and editing high-quality videos.
