The New Jersey Jackals are a professional baseball team based at Hinchliffe Stadium in Paterson, NJ, and the 2026 division champions. The Jackals now play in the National Association of Professional Baseball (formerly known as the Frontier League). We are dedicated to delivering an exciting, memorable experience on and off the field, with a strong commitment to community engagement and family-friendly entertainment. We're looking for enthusiastic, driven, creative interns to gain hands-on experience in the sports industry.

What You'll Gain Experience In
- Setup, execution, and breakdown of promotions, community events, and game-day activities at the ballpark
- Game-day and event operations in a professional baseball environment
- Front office administrative support and accurate record keeping
- Delivering excellent customer service to fans, sponsors, and community partners
- Working across Marketing, Ticket Sales, Merchandise, and Community Relations teams
Requirements
- Current student in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Passion for baseball and the sports industry
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and home games
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
