Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Make daily phone calls and email contacts with potential clients
  • Selling of various single game tickets, mini-plans, season tickets, groups, and luxury suites
  • Assist in day-to-day operation of the ticket office 
  • Become familiar with CRM software, Ticketmaster ticketing 
  • Provide excellent customer service while upselling tickets over the phone and in person 
  • Process all ticket orders including mini plans and other special ticket packages 
  • Work the Box Office windows during the day and during games/events 
  • Help manage Box Office game day staff
  • Stadium operations and various marketing duties as assigned 
  • Other duties as assigned 
Start Date: May 17th, 2027
End Date: August 6th, 2027
PAID INTERNSHIP (monthly stipend)
