Northern State University is seeking graduate assistants for the 2026-27 academic in a number of areas including sport specific coaching (baseball, track & field), athletic operations, compliance, facilities, business operations, and athletic communications.

Bachelor’s degree required with the ability to balance fast-paced work environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Requirements for each specific position are outlined on the page link above. 

Stipend amount is paid at an hourly rate of $16/hour. Under the BOR classification system, positions for 2026-2027 are classified as a Graduate Administrative Assistant (GAA).
