All-Star Experience Team (Job)

The All-Star Experience Team is your opportunity to showcase your passion for baseball to fans visiting Philadelphia for MLB All-Star Week. Being part of the Experience Team is a great opportunity to work at Capital One All-Star Village, an indoor fan event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Just like the name says, we are looking for individuals to provide a positive ALL-STAR EXPERIENCE to all fans in attendance. Here are some of the roles you might be assigned as part of the All-Star Experience Team.

Capital One All-Star Village Interactive Assistants

Capital One All-Star Village provides various activities throughout the show that allow fans to swing for the fences, showcase their pitching velocity, steal bases, and much more! As an interactive assistant, you will support fans with choosing the right equipment, ensuring safety precautions, and activating the overall interactive.

Guest Services

Experience Team members will support fans in various areas throughout the event, such as wayfinding, distributing promotional giveaways, and helping fans sign up for the All-Star Experience Pass.

Legends Appearances

Throughout the day at Capital One All-Star Village, fans have the opportunity to meet some of the greatest baseball and softball players to play the game. Legends make appearances at autograph stages, fan photo opportunities, clinics, and fan question and answer sessions. Experience Team members in this role will assist with the various line-ups, and provide assistance where needed during the appearances.

Steps to Become a Member of the All-Star Experience Team

1. Fill out the online application form (Opens on February 20, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET)

2. Attend a virtual information session
3. Pass the background check to the satisfaction of Major League Baseball
4. Select event opportunities
5. Attend an Experience Team training session in July
6. Enjoy MLB All-Star Week Experience Team Program

All All-Star Experience Team members must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of their online registration and will be required to sign a release of liability, waiver of class or collective action claims, agreement to arbitrate claims and eligibility form. In addition, all applicants are subject to background checks. By continuing to complete and submit this registration form, you hereby agree to be subject to a background check in order to determine your eligibility to be an All-Star Experience Team member.

All-Star Experience Team Application Process

February 20 through Mid-May

• Online registration

Late May

• Applicants will be invited to create a profile within the Experience Team Application and attend a virtual information session.
• Following the information session, applicants will be notified of acceptance and next steps for opportunity selection.
• A background check will be conducted at this time.

June - July

• Atrium (employer of record) will initiate pre-employment paperwork including background check and payroll documentation. Once onboarding is complete, you will receive your confirmed schedule and orientation information.

TBD July 2026

• All-Star Experience Team required in-person training (Session times TBD)
