Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily preparation and organization of team equipment for training and matches
- Set up and break down locker rooms for home and away games
- Manage inventory including uniforms, training gear, and match equipment
- Ensure all gear is clean, organized, and ready for use
- Assist with loading/unloading equipment for travel
- Support both men’s and women’s teams as assigned
- Maintain a professional and organized equipment room environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and match days
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Interest in sports, soccer, or equipment management preferred
- Must be reliable
