The Ball State University Ticket Office is in search of a Graduate Assistant for the 2026-27 athletic year. The purpose of the Athletics Graduate Assistant program is to support promising individuals who are committed to a career in intercollegiate athletics and to continue their education at the graduate level.
This is a full graduate assistantship position. You will work an average of 20 hours each week during the 2026-27 academic year. You will receive a stipend and tuition remission benefits. (Student is responsible for paying any associated academic/enrollment fees.) To maintain a graduate assistantship appointment, all graduate students must also maintain good academic standing* with the University.

*Ball State University Graduate School Requirements for Good Academic Standing: 3.0 for a Master's student and 3.2 for a Doctoral student; enrolled in at least 6 graduate credit hours per semester. For master’s students, a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on their undergraduate degree (or 3.0 in the latter half of the previous degree) is required to obtain an assistantship. For doctoral students, a minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required and a minimum graduate GPA of 3.2 on their master’s degree (if a master’s degree is required for admission).
