We’re excited to be opening a brand new location in Newton, MA, just outside Boston, and are actively hiring passionate Club Operations Intern (Seasonal) to help us build our community from the ground up.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Club Operations Intern to join our team in Newton for the summer. This is a hands-on role for someone interested in hospitality, sports management, marketing, or operations — and looking to gain real experience inside a fast-growing company. You will work directly with the Club Manager and Assistant Club Manager, supporting daily operations, member experience, and community engagement as we build our first club in Massachusetts.
This role runs from May 15 through August 30, with the opportunity to continue into the fall.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day club operations and front desk experience.
- Help deliver a premium, welcoming environment for members and families.
- Assist with scheduling flow, check-ins, and overall club organization.
- Support local events and community activations alongside the Club Manager.
- Participate in grassroots marketing efforts (flyers, partnerships, outreach).
- Follow and execute operational systems developed across our NYC clubs since 2014.
- Collaborate with team members across coaching and operations.
What We're Looking For
- Current college student or recent graduate preferred, ideally with a strong interest in gaining hands-on experience.
- Demonstrated interest in hospitality, sports, marketing, or operations, with a desire to grow in one of these areas.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and support others.
- Strong communication skills paired with solid attention to detail in both customer interactions and daily tasks.
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods while actively engaging with members throughout the day.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Weekend availability preferred, with flexibility to support peak business hours.
