College Athletes: Paid Summer Coaching Job on a Lake

$2,300–$2,600 for the full summer (8 weeks) + housing, meals, and travel included — no living expenses.

No prior camp experience needed — we’ll train you.

Camp Lenox is a premier traditional sleepaway summer camp located in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. We are hiring high-level athletes and coaches for Summer 2026 and are especially interested in NCAA athletes and competitive players from the United States (international applicants are also welcome).

Sports & roles include: Basketball, Football, Soccer, Tennis, Swimming, Waterfront (Waterski/Wakeboard), and more.

Applicants with college, varsity, club, or strong competitive experience are encouraged to apply. We’re especially looking for candidates who are confident, responsible, and comfortable leading groups of kids.

Positions are filling quickly for Summer 2026. Compensation & Benefits:

$2,300–$2,600 for the full summer (8 weeks) + housing, meals, and travel included — equivalent to $3,500+ in total value
