Houston Country Club was founded in 1908. The golf course was originally designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. The club is set to under a full golf course construction project led by architect Andrew Green starting in July 2026. The project includes new TifEagle bermudagrass greens, Stadium Zoysia tees, fairways and approaches, 419 bermudagrass rough, and a new Toro irrigation system. The earth work is being completed by McDonald & Sons with irrigation design by EC Design and installation by Liebold Irrigation. Interns will be exposed to all facets of construction and grow in. Interns will be given ample opportunity to grow and learn during the construction process.
Must be motivated and eager to learn
Must be pursuing a degree in Turf Management or similar field
Starting pay is $16.00/ hour depending on experience.
Overtime is available
