Position Summary: Corpus Christi FC is look for college students who are eager to get hands-on knowledge of ticketing and sales in a professional soccer club. The Ticket Sales and Service Intern will be integrated into the day-to-day operations of the ticketing department to support all facets of new business development and membership retention. This position will receive the opportunity to learn directly from leaders in the CCFC ticketing department and develop skills related to ticket sales and customer service. This internship is available for the Spring, Summer and Fall Semesters.
Primary Duties:
Assist with lead generation efforts across new season ticket sales and group ticket sales
Drive revenue through outbound calls to season ticket and group prospects
Process ticket orders for prospects through ticketing technologies such as Vivenu
Support in season ticket member communications, benefit fulfilment, and ongoing service touchpoints throughout the season
Assist with administrative tasks for the ticketing department
Assist with set-up/tear-down of CCFC events including but not limited to: game days, prospecting events, and other non-gameday events.
Assist the ticket sales department on game days with group events and execution of fan experiences
Engage with fans and ensure top customer service
Assist in preparation of game day ticketing needs
Assist in preparation and working the ticket booth on game days
Assist in tracking and documentation of redeemed vouchers and codes
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be a college student, college credit is available
Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to uphold company and attain customer service standards
Individual must be energetic, enthusiastic, and a dedicated team player
Ability to work event nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to pay attention to details
