Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our Diamonds Street Team. This dynamic role is crucial for enhancing our community presence and engaging directly with fans and community members at various events. Members of the Street Team will serve as ambassadors for the Kansas City Diamonds, helping to create memorable experiences and promote our brand throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Kansas City Diamonds brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at team events, community outreach programs, camps, and clinics.
- Support the execution of community programs, youth camps and clinics, and fan engagement initiatives.
- Engage directly with fans and the public, distributing promotional materials, answering questions, and generating excitement for the team.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of event activations, including tents, tables, banners, and interactive displays.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and community relations teams to achieve event objectives.
- Capture and share event highlights (photos/videos) for social media and internal reporting, as directed.
Qualifications
- High energy, outgoing personality, and a passion for sports and community engagement.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the event schedule.
- Capable of performing physical tasks associated with event setup and teardown, including lifting and carrying promotional materials (up to 25 lbs).
- A strong interest in promoting the Kansas City Diamonds and connecting with our fan base.
- Prior experience in promotions, customer service, camp organization, or event support is a plus, but not required.

Compensation
This is an unpaid position, offering valuable hands-on experience in sports marketing, community engagement, and event management. College credit may be available depending on your institution's requirements.
