Executive Assistant

The Bryan Yard Dogs are launching their inaugural season, and we’re seeking a driven, organized, and selfless Executive Assistant Intern who wants more than a resume line — we’re looking for someone who wants to help build something special.
This internship offers a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the General Manager from day one and gain behind-the-scenes exposure to leadership, operations, and decision-making within a brand-new baseball organization. This is not a shadowing role — you’ll be trusted with real responsibility, involved in daily operations, and play a meaningful role in keeping the organization moving forward.
As an Executive Assistant Intern, you’ll have a voice, accountability, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on a growing franchise while learning how a sports organization is built from the ground up.

What Are We Looking For?
Candidates must be detail-oriented , maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with care. We’re looking for someone who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and provide reliable support that allows the General Manager to focus on high-impact work. Adaptability, a team-first mentality, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and game days are also key. A passion for sports, operations, and building something new from the ground up will make you a strong fit for this role.

Applicants are asked to include a current resume, a cover letter, and 3 professional or academic references. Although all internship positions are unpaid, interns will gain the unique opportunity to help build a brand-new organization from the ground up, contribute ideas that elevate the Bryan Yard Dogs brand and overall team operations, and gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a real-world sports environment. Interns may also receive team-issued gear as part of their involvement with the organization.
