Internship
On-site

POSITION OVERVIEW
Do you have big ideas, an outgoing personality and the kind of energy that can turn an ordinary night at the ballpark into something unforgettable? The Washington Wild Things are looking for creative, enthusiastic and fun-loving individuals to join our Fan Engagement team for our milestone 25th season in 2027! We believe a night at the ballpark should be about more than just baseball. It's about the excitement, the entertainment, the memories and the moments that keep fans coming back for more. And that's where YOU come in! From bringing wild promotions and theme nights to life to entertaining thousands of fans, creating memorable experiences and representing the Wild Things throughout the community, our interns will be right in the middle of the action. One day you might be helping organize an on-field contest in front of a packed house. The next, you could be brainstorming a new promotional idea, coordinating a mascot appearance, helping with a community event or finding creative ways to spread the word about everything happening at EQT Park. You'll gain hands-on experience in professional sports marketing, live entertainment, event planning, community relations and fan engagement while working alongside our front office to help make every game and event something special. We're looking for outgoing personalities, creative thinkers and dependable team players who aren't afraid to step outside their comfort zones, think on their feet and bring plenty of energy to everything they do. If you've got the creativity to dream it up, the drive to make it happen and the personality to help make our 25th season one for the ages, we want you on our team!
This unpaid internship must be completed for college credit. Additional paid opportunities may be available and discussed after hiring.
