Our 12-week Future Leaders program offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various Functional Areas within our organization. Future Leaders will work closely with mentors and team members to contribute to real projects and initiatives, developing skills essential for success in their respective fields through meaningful assignments, networking opportunities, and professional development sessions.

Department Placement: While we welcome applicants to indicate their preferred interest areas please note placement is based on both preferences and an evaluation of your background and experience. As a result, you may be aligned to a different department to ensure the best fit for your skills and development during the internship program.
Working Hours: The Future Leaders Program follows traditional business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Participants (interns) are expected to work, full-time, onsite at the FIFA26 Canada Toronto Office within these hours.
