- Current student in a junior college / college / university with at least a 2.75 overall GPA and a 3.0 major GPA with a declared major.
- Full commitment for the entirety of the season (May through September–depending on your class schedule)

ADDITIONAL NEED TO KNOWS
- Official Start Date: Early May 2026
- Official End Date: Mid September 2026
- Internships can be done for college credit. No housing is provided.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the ballpark
- All internships are paid position
Game Day & Fan Engagement Internship
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Game Day (pre-game):
- Pre-game meeting to review game day duties and responsibilities and analyzing ways to enhance our overall fan experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the set up and preparation of the on-field activities
- Assist in the set up of various areas around the ballpark
- Attend pre-game meeting and help with on-field pre-game ceremonies such as National Anthem performances, ceremonial first pitches, celebrity/VIP appearances, Baseball Buddies, etc.
Game Day (in-game):
- Implementation and execution of all on-field games and game day activation
- Assistance in the operation of the Fan Information table and with fan surveys
- Help guide the team mascot around the ballpark ensuring he hits all necessary marks on his schedule
- Occasionally be the on-field host throughout the game for certain games
- Actively participate in all theme nights (this includes dressing to theme, helping with set up/tear down)
- Sign up fans for all in-game and on-field activities
- Help with exit distribution of marketing materials
- Provide exceptional customer service
Game Day (post-game):
- Post-game staff wrap up meeting to review current game performance and analyze ways to enhance our overall fan experience for the next home game.
- Coordinate, implement, and execute post game promotional events.
- Prepare the promotion area for next home game.
Non-game days (on occasion):
- Plan and prepare for future games.
- Deliver various marketing materials in the community
- Assist in Mascot/Player appearances in and around the metro area
