Game Day Sales Internship

Job Summary:
Game Day Sales Interns are responsible for the execution of various gameday assignments including, but not limited to: assisting with the promotion and sale of Reds 50/50 Raffle tickets, providing additional support to other RCF related fundraisers and outreach events such as, but not limited to, Redlegs Run, Reds Baseball & Softball Camps, Telethon, and various events held at the P&G MLB Reds Youth Academy.
Employees are expected to follow all Cincinnati Reds policies and procedures, serve as positive role models, and manage their workload effectively. This includes demonstrating flexibility, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting departmental productivity standards.

  • Must have a high school diploma
Experience
  • Prior work or volunteer experience in at least one sports-related setting
Skills
  • Prior work experience in the area of sales (preferably in the sporting industry) is a plus.
  • Must be an energetic self-starter with an outgoing personality and be customer-service driven

  • Being that the position is primarily sales-based the candidate must have experience in a highly energetic, outgoing, enthusiastic, and competitive work environment

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Duty% of Time
Responsible for multiple pre-game, in-game and post-game duties at Great American Ball Park15%
Assist with the promotion and sale of Reds Community Fund Reds 50/50 raffle tickets to fans throughout the ballpark during all Cincinnati Reds home games50%
Responsible for set-up and tear down of all RCF related materials at the beginning and conclusion of each home game10%
Provide additional support to other RCF fundraisers and outreach events such as, but not limited to, Redlegs Run, Reds Baseball & Softball Camps, RCF Telethon and various events held at the P&G MLB Cincinnati Reds Youth Academy15%
Other duties as assigned10%

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Fundraising and Operations Coordinator

Physical Requirements:

  • Required to work a minimum of 60 Reds home games (out of 81) throughout the 2026 season (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays and potentially MLB playoff activities)
  • Use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear
  • Light lifting/carrying to assist with event preparation
  • May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
