ABOUT US
The Salt Lake Shred, a member of the Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA), is seeking a Game Experience Intern to join our team for the 2026 season. We’re looking for energetic, dependable individuals who want hands-on experience in sports, live events, and fan engagement while helping create fun, welcoming game day experiences for our fans.

In this seasonal role, you’ll support in-stadium activations, theme nights, and family-friendly programming while
serving as a front-line ambassador for the Salt Lake Shred on game days.

This role reports to the General Manager.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with pre-game, in-game, and post-game fan experience activations, including theme nights, Kids Zone
programming, and special events
• Help set up, operate, and break down fan experience areas, signage, and activation materials throughout the
stadium
• Interact with fans in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner to enhance the game day atmosphere
• Support giveaways, interactive games, and crowd engagement activities in seating areas and on the
concourse
• Support the team on game day by helping to set up the locker rooms, organize team food, refill water, etc. 
• Work alongside the General Manager and Shred owners to ensure smooth game day execution
• Represent the Salt Lake Shred positively and professionally at all times
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines to support a safe and successful game day
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including sun and rain

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills & Experience
• Interest in sports, live events, fan engagement, or event operations
• Availability to work most Salt Lake Shred games, schedule below 
• Comfortable engaging with large and diverse groups of fans, including families and children
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation to Zions Bank Stadium in Herriman

Preferred Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in customer service, events, athletics, or school/community activities
• High school juniors/seniors or college students pursuing interests in sports management, marketing,
communications, or related fields
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
