JOB SUMMARY:

Assist Packers Game Entertainment department with the execution of live events, internal events, as well as other department needs. This is a paid internship that entails full-time weekdays, game days, holidays, and special events.

Timeline: June 2026 – June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Shoot and edit content for Tundra Vision productions, as well as other live events.
  • Potentially work different live production roles throughout the season (i.e., Camera Operator, CG operator, and Replay Operator)
  • Assist with the creation of graphics for game day.
  • Coordinate and track game day video and audio inventory.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for A/V equipment throughout the building.
  • Encode and export video in multiple formats for delivery to multiple video platforms.
  • Update game by game creative assets for each home game.
  • Assist with production crew communication and coordination.
  • Assist with non-game live events, both in stadium as well as live virtual events.
  • Assist with tracking and preparing reports for game day content

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree (junior status minimum) in related field.
  • Working knowledge of non-linear editors (i.e. Avid Media Composter, Adobe Premier Pro).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Prior work experience in video production outside of classroom work.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, able to take direction, and understand/respect needs of various departments within the building.
  • Experience in a live production control room or with multi-camera shoots is a plus.
  • Experience with Ross Xpression and Dashboard is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, within a team environment.

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • Occasionally lift or carry 25 – 50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders.

TRAVEL: Some travel is required.

SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
