We intentionally keep our cohorts small — only 12 interns will be selected for 2026 — to ensure strong mentorship, hands-on experience, and meaningful cross-functional collaboration.

Location
Onsite in New York City at Union Square
Program Dates
Check-in: May 31
Live, learn, and work: June 1–August 7, 2026
Check-out: August 8
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay, paid out bi-weekly
Housing and Travel
We want you focused on the experience rather than logistics.
- Housing is fully covered for 10 weeks through NYU Summer Housing.
- Round-trip travel to and from NYC at the start and end of the program is covered by GameChanger.
What You’ll Work On
We’re here to help the youth sports community Live The Game Like Never Before.
GameChanger interns work on defined projects aligned with team priorities across product, technology, and growth — all focused on improving how coaches lead, families connect, and athletes experience the game.
As a GameChanger intern, you’ll have:
- A clear project scope
- A dedicated manager
- Regular feedback and check-ins
- Direct impact on team outcomes
