Duluth Huskies Internships:
Duluth Huskies Internships are designed for college students (priority to juniors and seniors) seeking real world experience, and are set to challenge, prepare you for the demands of the fast-paced, professional sports and entertainment industry, and set you apart in any career path you pursue. 
Our Internships are a hands-on, all-encompassing experience that goes far beyond the classroom—giving candidates the chance to build meaningful skills, learn both the creative planning and business sides of sports, and play an important role in creating unforgettable fan experiences. 
Candidates MUST be ready to commit to long hours at the ballpark during the entire summer, especially when the team is at home (60-80 hours/week during homestands). Applicants should not have another job and as a result will walk away with invaluable experience, a professional network, and a summer you will never forget.
Please be aware that you will be expected to learn and help out in ALL departments no matter what position you are hired for. After all, the best, most successful Huskies Interns jump in wherever needed, bring great energy, and make every day at the ballpark better!

Position Overview:
The Duluth Huskies Baseball Club, a proud member of the Northwoods League, is seeking a Graphic Design Intern for the 2026 season. This position plays a vital role in supporting the marketing team by producing high-quality graphics, social media content, and promotional materials while also capturing key photos of the team and fans throughout the season. The Graphic Design Intern will collaborate closely with the other marketing interns to help create a cohesive and engaging fan experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create/design all social media graphics and marketing materials/signage needed. Including but not limited to, game day, final score, sponsorship, and promotional graphics and . 
  • Collaborate with the marketing intern team to develop and create content for social media and commercials for the webcast.
  • Capture photos of all things Huskies, including, but not limited to: in-game action shots, mascot appearances, Kennel Klub outings, on-field games, National Anthem singers, Baseball Buddies, Interns, and Host Families.
  • Assist with social media content creation, posting, and scheduling in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Support marketing team with mockups for merchandise, advertisements, or other visual content as needed.
  • Assist with stadium setup before games and post-game cleanup, including maintaining the stands, restrooms, and other shared spaces.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Front Office Staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have your own camera/video equipment to use throughout the season.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop; familiarity with other graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to create well done graphics in a timely manner
  • Open to suggestions and making changes/additions
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and content creation strategies.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively.
  • Team-player mentality and willingness to help out with various tasks across the ballpark.
