Position Overview
The Tournament is hiring a Graphic Design/Marketing intern to join our Marketing Team and contribute to the promotion of the fifth edition of The Soccer Tournament (TST) this summer.
Interns must be enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn during this nine-month immersive experience. This opportunity provides a dive into the world of live sporting events, offering hands-on learning and the chance to make a tangible impact on the event’s success. This marketing experience will provide exposure to and involvement in various aspects of TST, including:
● Creating graphics for TST 2027 across social media, the TST website, email newsletters, digital marketing campaigns, and more
● Assisting with the development and execution of creative graphic content ideas for TST marketing initiatives
● Developing graphic templates and other creative assets for use across the TST Marketing Team
● Working with TST partners and media outlets to create and adapt graphics to meet
specific sizing, branding, and content requirements
● Supporting the TST Marketing Team across a variety of projects and initiatives leading up to and throughout TST 2027

Qualifications
The ideal candidate in a current college upper classman with an interest in pursuing a career in graphic design, be willing to pitch in wherever needed in our start-up environment, and exhibit the following traits:
● Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva
● Extremely detail-oriented
● Highly organized
● Quick learner
● Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Schedule & Time Commitment
The internship period is November 9, 2026 - June 14, 2027. Interns are expected to be available up to a maximum of 10 hours per week, though the expected time commitment will vary by week. Time commitments for local marketing activations will primarily be during the weekend.
The internship is in person for events, however there will be remote meetings. More specific details regarding the time commitments will be provided as you move forward in the application process.
School Credit
This is an unpaid internship, however we are committed to providing an educational environment throughout this experience. If your school offers internship credit, we are happy to work with you to ensure that credit requirements are met.
