The Guest Experience Associate will support programs designed to foster the ultimate fan experience for all Vikings guests. This role focuses on providing unmatched customer service at various Vikings events, executing projects to enhance guest satisfaction, and managing guest communication through phone and email. Hospitality experience is preferred over sports experience for this role.
In addition to the duties described above, the Guest Experience Associate will participate in the Vikings’ exclusive Leadership Development Program. This program provides opportunities for professional development, exposure to organizational leadership, and skill-building critical for future career growth. Clearly defined goals between the Associate and their Supervisor will be tracked and measured throughout the term of the program.
This is a temporary full-time position beginning June 1, 2026, and concluding May 28, 2027, unless otherwise determined.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide the highest level of service and support, developing and enforcing SKOL Service standards at U.S. Bank Stadium, Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center, Vikings game days, and other Vikings events

Maintain a positive attitude, anticipating and assisting with guest needs

Resolve guest-related issues appropriately and track service trends for improvement via Microsoft CRM
Leadership Opportunities and Responsibilities

Oversee the Vikings Memory Maker Program, including interviews and hiring support
-
Facilitate training for game day staff, manage Memory Maker communications, and coordinate season-long programming
-
Participate on the SKOL Service Committee to provide insight on stadium culture and leadership decisions

Manage operations of the Exceptional SKOL Service program, including award communications, on-field photos, and related articles

Manage Game Day Gift Pack sales, marketing, and delivery

Implement “First Game” programming for fans at U.S. Bank Stadium

Organize Team Member Breakfast recognition programs with stadium partners

Develop and execute Training Camp staff rewards and recognition programs
Guest Experience Skill Development Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound emails and in-person meetings related to guest suggestions and complaints

Organize fan packages and partner mail-outs

Support Guest Experience, Guest Operations, and Events teams at major and small events, including greeting guests, overseeing operations, assisting with ADA programs, creating game day notes, and supporting SKOL Service initiatives

Develop knowledge of Microsoft CRM, measure “Voice of Fan” survey responses, and analyze game trends

Communicate with fans via calls and emails, providing personalized responses based on game day and non-game day experiences

Track fan connections in CRM, including Game Day Gift Packs and mail-outs

Assist with game day/week responsibilities such as setting up/breaking down employee break rooms, packing Game Day Gift Packs, stocking guest service booths, and managing warehouse inventory, radios, nametag printing, and Guest Experience tools

Facilitate tours of U.S. Bank Stadium and Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center for partners, VIPs, new hires, and guests
Qualification Requirements

Degree recommended

Guest services experience preferred

Superior customer service ethic with high concern for coworkers and guests

Ability to proactively solve problems with minimal supervision

Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication and training skills

Flexibility to work all home games, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
