JOB SUMMARY:
The Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours Intern will assist in coordinating the Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours department operational efforts while working as a team to ensure the department goals are being met. This is a paid, full-time internship (40+ hours per week). The intern may be asked to work late evenings, weekends, and some game weekends.
Timeline: June 2026 – June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in the daily operations of the Packers Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours.
- Assists in the creation of effective, written communication, and marketing collateral for sales efforts.
- Monitors incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and mail. and prepares appropriate responses.
- Responsible for excellent customer service, including implementing initiatives, as it relates to office practices and client interactions – internally and externally.
- Accountable for contract administration, processing of all deposits, billing and collecting payments for all events, ticket processing, contract execution, and sleepover set up.
- Works as a team with the Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours Sales Intern to service internal and inbound group ticket requests.
- Works closely with sales team to ensure department goals are being met and surpassed.
- Assists with tradeshows, attraction meetings, and other sales-related events.
- Coordinates special projects and assists with events as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Office experience or undergraduate degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Outlook, Power Point and Word programs.
- Detail oriented with data entry, graphs and charts experience preferred.
- Highly organized and able to handle highly confidential materials with discretion.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and display effective time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers.
- Ability and willingness to work weekdays, late evenings, weekends and game weekends.
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, within a team environment.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
- Operates in a professional office environment.
- Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
- Occasionally lift or carry 25 – 50 pounds.
TRAVEL: Some travel between buildings is required.
SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
