Job Summary:The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is seeking a community-oriented, driven individual to join our team for the entirety of the 2026 regular season. This individual will support membership events, help manage the membership program, assist with membership recruitment and retention assist with game-day activities, and handle general administrative tasks. The internship will require working both game days and non–game days throughout the season. 
 Employees are expected to follow all Cincinnati Reds policies and procedures, serve as positive role models, and manage their workload effectively. This includes demonstrating flexibility, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting departmental productivity standards. 

Please note: This internship is offered in two sessions: March 2026 – Early October 2026 and Mid-April 2026 – Early October 2026.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Duty% of Time
Projects and program coordination with direction from Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum staff, including HOF Chapter outreach and member related programs and events, fulfillment and software management.25%
Present an Intern project to be determined with Membership Manager’s guidance  that will add value to the museum and the fan experience.20%
Respond in a timely and professional fashion to member questions/inquiries.10%
Management of Member benefit items including keeping track of and stocking member items.15%
Coordinate and escort various groups for game day experiences, including batting practice viewings and pregame activations.5%
Departmental administrative support will include, but is not limited to, answering phone calls, data entry, and additional office duties.20%

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum Membership Manager

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally required to sit
  • Use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear
  • Light lifting/carrying to assist with event preparation
  • May be exposed to weather conditions during “game-day” responsibilities
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
  • Hours may include nights, weekends and holidays

 Additional Details:

  • This is a seasonal opportunity, and no benefits will be provided.
  • Paid seasonal positions with the opportunity to earn college credit are available.
  • Must have a flexible work schedule that will allow Intern to workdays, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Up to 29 – 40 hours per week
