The Worcester Railers HC of the ECHL is looking for a FOR CREDIT ONLY Hockey Operations Video Assistant during the 2026/27 season. Fall (September – December), Spring (January – April/May), and Season-Long (September – May) opportunities are available 
Candidates must be current college students and must be able to dedicate 10 hours a week (or more) to the internship. Strong verbal skills are essential, as is the ability to work well in a dynamic, small-office environment. The successful candidate should be dependable, able to handle multiple tasks, and work evenings, weekends & holidays.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate video requirements with the coaching staff.  
  • Help pre-scout opponents and post-game video breakdowns + tag games live 
  • Manage team video systems- Spiideo software, will be trained accordingly by coaches. 
  • Other duties as seen fit. 
Qualifications:  
  • Proficient in using a computer, web-based applications 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Strong understanding of hockey, or played, at minimum, prep/junior hockey  
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, all with the option to be available remotely
