Job Type: Internship (Part-Time, 10-20 hours/week)
Compensation: College credit for college students; unpaid for recent graduates
Locations: On-Site- Attendance mandatory at select events (Norfolk/Hampton, VA | Manheim/York, PA | NorCal | Phoenix, AZ | Los Angeles, CA) - MUST BE LOCATED IN ONE OF THESE LOCATIONS.

MADE Hoops is the premier youth basketball event operator in the nation. We bring together top prospects, elite programs, and high-stakes competition—and we need 5 bold, energetic Hospitality Interns to step onto the floor for the 2026–27 season!
If you want real, hands-on experience in sports management, hospitality, and event execution, this is your shot.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Floor: Hit the gym at our weekend events, build face-to-face relationships with top coaches, team managers, and program directors.
  • Master the Data: Team up with our partner, EventConnect, to capture hotel lodging data and track teams staying outside our pre-contracted blocks.
  • Drive Results: Serve as our on-site hospitality insider, delivering elite team support while keeping our tracking systems tight.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Local Players: Based in (or near) Norfolk/Hampton, Manheim/York, NorCal, Phoenix, or LA with weekend event availability.
  • People Persons: Outgoing, charismatic, and comfortable walking up to anyone in a packed gym.
  • Detail-Driven: Organized, tech-comfortable, and sharp with real-time data capture.
  • Hoops Mindset: Passionate about sports management, event operations, and the youth basketball culture.
