Key Areas of Focus
As an intern, you'll have the chance to engage in a variety of tasks. This includes making outbound calls to generate sales, servicing customers' ticket packages, fostering relationships for repeat business, and assisting in marketing campaigns. You'll input sales data into the CRM system, meet department operational needs, support game night initiatives, and manage ticket package distribution. It's a dynamic role that will offer hands-on experience in customer service and sales, providing invaluable skills for your future career.

Requirements
  • Candidates should be at a Junior, Senior, or Graduate Level in college, preferably majoring in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • They must be available to work at least 15-25 hours each week, which include in-office and game nights.
  • They should be flexible enough to work all home games as assigned, including nights, weekends, and those on and around holidays.
  • They should demonstrate highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for interaction with fans and co-workers.
 
Internship Length: September 8th, 2026, to April 23rd, 2027
Compensation: Hourly
