Intern, Digital Production & Content Creation

The Ontario Tower Buzzers are seeking a Digital Production & Content Creation Intern for the upcoming season. This is a full-time seasonal internship that provides hands-on experience within a professional baseball environment and is ideal for individuals interested in digital media, live event production and sports content creation. 
 
 This role will assist in the creation, organization, and archiving of video content, support day-to-day video production and help with the setup and execution of game day events, shoots, interviews and on-field activations. The intern will also assist with pre-production planning and coordination for both on-site and off-site projects. 

The intern will work closely with the Marketing, creative and social media teams, gaining exposure to multiple areas of baseball operations, including fan engagement, community outreach, and sponsorship fulfillment. This position offers valuable real-world experience in a fast-paced, collaborative sports environment. 

Responsibilities:

- Assist the production team during games and events

- Produce promotional videos to satisfy sponsor needs

- Edit video content for use in-game and social media

- Collaborate with the video production team on all projects

- Label gameday B-Roll

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Must be a high school graduate at the time of application

- Experience with cameras, audio, and lighting equipment

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays for the entire internship
