Position Overview:  Intern, Experiences
Elevate is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Intern to support the guest experience, communication, and client servicing of premium hospitality products and events across sports, entertainment, and cultural events. Supporting the Experiences team, this role will help maintain documents, systematize guest information and organize materials relating to a variety of client properties.

The Intern, Experiences will support guest communication and client management (e.g., updating schedules, submitting creative requests, printing materials) and assist in client servicing pre-event and on-site. This role requires sharp organization and communication skills, premier customer service, and the ability to maintain multiple project timelines, while also processing guest feedback into actionable improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and live entertainment, a team-first attitude, and a proven track record of planning and executing events. They must excel in detail management and coordinating logistics. They must put the guest experience at the forefront of decisions and work to continually raise the standard of excellence surrounding any and all events (ex. NASCAR races, boxing/combat sports matches, PGA Tour tournaments, live festivals and concerts, etc.)
This is an in-office role, based in our Charlotte, NC office.

What You’ll Do


Event Coordination:
● Coordinate the behind-the-scenes details of hospitality events, experiences, and premium fan programming—including timelines, logistics, and schedules
● Maintain documents in an organized fashion on company software and databases
● Work with the Procurement team to ensure items are sourced and within budget (ex. lanyards, credentials, gifts, etc.)

Guest Communication & Support:
● Support guest communication including but not limited to copy for e-mail, SMS, event-specific websites, landing pages, and printed materials
● Assist with client and guest correspondence from post-purchase through post-event to ensure guests are well-informed and prepared to enjoy their experience.
● Aid with servicing guests across event portfolio 

Who You Are
● 1+ years of experience in project coordination, hospitality operations, event production, guest communications, experiential marketing, premium guest services, or related fields
● Proven customer service and event execution experience
● Strong project management and operational planning skills; extremely organized and detail-oriented
● Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, creative, and strategy teams
● Comfort working onsite at events and interacting with guests
● Strong communication and client-facing skills; collaborative and solutions-oriented
● Strong interest or experience in sports, entertainment, festivals, or large-scale events preferred
● Comfortable navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders


Position Details: 

  • Employment Type: Part-time, Non-Exempt
  • Position works approximately 30 hours per week and Internship is expected to end March 31, 2027
  • Travel may be frequent (approximately once a month) and this position requires a flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays
  • This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and move around event spaces during attendance at events
  • Up to $25.00/per hour (This position does not offer benefits)
