 Position Overview:
The Corporate Partnership Sales Intern will support the Ontario Tower Buzzers Corporate Partnerships team throughout the season. The position will include both game day and non-game day event duties. The ideal candidate is a strong, energetic communicator with the ability to work in a team environment, have an eagerness to learn, and possess the flexibility to adapt to what each day brings with a positive attitude.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential corporate clients, including local businesses, organizations, and sponsors
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to introduce the team’s corporate offerings and schedule meetings
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to support the sales team’s efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing corporate clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed
  • Represent the organization, as needed, at events and appearances
  • Provide excellent customer service to all existing and potential fans
  • Assist with fulfillment of proof of performance including cataloging photos, collecting data, and building presentations for partnerships 
  • Professionally representing the organization at business and community functions
  • Work as a member of the team and have fun!
  • Attend all home games and events to ensure great customer service to all fans
  • Other duties as assigned

 Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current student or recent graduate a plus
  • Knowledge of baseball a plus
  • Strong time management, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to supply excellent customer service to all clients and fans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented and comfortable with sales
  • Familiarity with a ticketing system preferred
  • Problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Positive attitude
