The Premium Services Internship plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for guests in premium suites and hospitality areas during events and game days. This position involves collaborating with various departments to coordinate catering, audio-visual setups, and overall hospitality services. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, outstanding customer service, and the ability to handle various responsibilities, including menu planning, order processing, and concierge supervision.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Assist customers with menu planning for nightly suite rentals.
• Complete food and beverage orders for all rental suites through MyVenue Catering System.
• Work with sales department to ensure suite bookings have hospitality services available and are properly facilitated.
• Assist with audio visual and set-up for premium spaces.
• Assist the service team with game day materials and pregame meetings.
• Responsible for distributing materials to the various premium areas.
• Conduct game-day inspections of suites and hospitality areas to ensure catering arrangements meet planned standards.
• Supervise concierge staff during game day/events.
• Answer the Premium Services, Founders Lounge and Direct Phone lines.
• Monitor email inbox for suite orders and respond to clients as needed.
• Assist in any pre-game experiences.
• Provide administrative support as directed such as data input, reporting and organizational duties, and preparing mail-outs.
• Assist in creating and executing contracts for sales team.
• All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends if needed.
• Available from February 2026-October 2026.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.
