Join the Oklahoma City Thunder as our Social Media Intern and play a key role in bringing our brand to life through content creation and digital engagement. In this role, you will work closely with multiple teams to support storytelling, strategy, and community building across platforms, all while gaining meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional environment!
The Fall internship program runs from August 24th, 2026, through December 4th, 2026. Interns will have access to professional development workshops, networking opportunities, resume reviews, and other activities designed to enrich their experience. Program perks include paid downtown parking and tickets to a Thunder home game during the season!

This is an in-person internship, reporting to the Manager, Social Media. The work schedule requires 16-29 hours per week and includes office hours, game nights, and events during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The primary work location will be the Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for occasional local travel. The work environment may involve both indoor and outdoor activities in various weather conditions, as well as exposure to loud crowd noise, amplified music, and flashing or strobe lighting during events and games. This internship does not provide housing or transportation. This internship position does not guarantee a full-time position with the Thunder upon completion.
