Job Summary
This internship supports the Ticket Sales & Service Department—including Service & Retention, Group Sales, Inbound, Customer Service, and Ticket Operations—through a variety of in-season, off-season, and game-day responsibilities. The intern will receive hands-on training in sales and the ticketing system to prepare for sales and service conversations. This role offers practical experience in revenue generation, customer service, and fan communication through the customer service line. The intern will also assist the sales team at both on-site and off-site events, such as Season Ticket Holder Events, Group Theme Nights, and other ticket-related activations.
