Job Summary:
Support the Communications & Marketing department with a variety of duties and responsibilities, with a focus on traditional and digital marketing campaign support.
Employees are expected to follow all Cincinnati Reds policies and procedures, serve as positive role models, and manage their workload effectively. This includes demonstrating flexibility, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting departmental productivity standards.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

| Copywriting, editing and proofreading for Reds marketing materials and advertising campaigns | 20% |
| Assist with traffic instructions for media partners | 15% |
| Summarization of advertising support for Corporate partners | 15% |
| Assist with pulling and interpreting reports for performance media campaigns | 20% |
| Benchmarking other MLB teams’ initiatives, promotions, advertising campaigns | 15% |
| Distribute promotional items departmentally and to local media partners | 5% |
| Support Communications & Marketing team with game day needs and off-site promotional events as assigned | 5% |
| Other duties as assigned | 5% |
Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Advertising & Media Manager

Approximately 12-15 hours per week; some night/weekend hours could be required, including games.
