Wisconsin Lutheran College, a NCAA Division III member of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking qualified applicants for the Men’s Volleyball Graduate Assistant position. The position is a two-year appointment, beginning July 1, 2026.
The graduate assistant will assist the head coach with skill development, practice planning and execution, game day preparation, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, recruiting, fundraising, clinics and promotion of the program and college within the region. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; aid and implement strength and condition program, maintaining team’s social media accounts, managing WLC home game events, and athletics building supervision.
A bachelor’s degree is required. Admission into Wisconsin Lutheran College’s graduate program and background check are required. Available programs are: Masters of Education-High Performance Instruction, Masters of Education-Leadership & Innovation, Masters of Education-Instructional Technology, Masters of Education-Special Education Leadership, Masters of Education-Transition to a New Career in Teaching, Master of Science in Professional Counseling, or Masters of Science-Sports and Recreation Management. Collegiate playing experience and previous coaching experience and/or instruction is preferred.
Position is a 2-year appointment including $18,000 annual stipend, daily meals, and affordable on-campus housing option.
