Job Summary
To gain experience in Performance Nutrition for the 2026 Extended Spring Training and Arizona Complex League Season (April 2026-August 2026). This is a paid, part-time, on-site position, based out of Goodyear, AZ.

  • Current on-track, or Graduate of, Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics
Skills
  • Independent judgement and ability to multitask is required to organize and prioritize a diversified workload.
  • Knowledge of, and desire to learn, application of dietary interventions and supplements to promote performance, on a group and individual basis.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be trustworthy and comfortable managing sensitive information.
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Other
  • Spoken and written fluency in English
  • Spanish Speaking is preferred.
  • Responsible for all housing and transportation costs.
  • Willing to relocate. This position is based in Goodyear, AZ.
 
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
 
 
Duty
Description
Nutrition Operations & Inventory – 60%
  • Maintain inventory of multiple fueling stations at complex
  • Maintain stocking of daily player supplementation and individual/rehab shakes
  • Prepare appropriate nutrition and hydration game coolers daily
Player Education– 30%
  • Collaborate with Minor League Dietitians to support nutrition education programming for players through handouts, group education, and digital formats.
Individual Player Needs– 10%
  • With Dietitian oversight, will learn how to effectively communicate, determine, and listen, to individual player needs and take appropriate action.
  • Familiarize, and promote, NSF Certified for Sport supplements only.
 
Reports To:
  • Coordinator, Minor League Nutrition
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
