We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Operations Interns and contribute to some of the best baseball tournaments in the country. Prep Baseball Operations Internship experience is a sport focused internship. Operations interns will gain exposure to day to day operations, event planning, and other aspects associated with the Tournament Director. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in sports management, facility operations, and event planning.  The internship would go from May 2027-August 2027.

Qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic passion for baseball and sports management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including mostly weekends and evenings, as required by facility events and activities.
Duties:
  • Assist with the setup and preparation of events
  • Inventory management of baseball equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance of gear such as balls, ipad, chargers, tents, tables and safety equipment.
  • Coordinating between umpires, coaches, and other staff to ensure games run smoothly and stay on schedule. 
  • Maintain communication with the Tournament Director to achieve issue resolution.
  • Learn Point of Sale for Admissions and Merchandise
  • Go above and beyond for players, coaches, and visitors, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for everyone at the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with facility rules, safety protocols, and operational procedures to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facilities
