JOB SUMMARY:

The Green Bay Packers are looking for a seasonal photographer that will assist the photo department with shooting, editing, and archiving during the 2026 NFL season. This is a paid, full-time internship that requires 40+ hours per week. The intern must be available to work all Packers games.

Timeline: June 2026 – June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality and compelling photographs for a variety of team platforms.
  • Assist with gameday photo coverage, primarily role on editing and distribution of imagery for use on Packers digital channels and INFLCR platform.
  • Photograph community, marketing, practice and stadium events.
  • Assist with studio photoshoots.
  • Assist with adding metadata to photos and help expand/organize Packers’ photo archive, both Canto/Cumulus & INFLCR platforms.
  • Experience with and understanding of digital asset management workflows and metadata application.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week, including all Packers games.
  • Fluency in Photo Mechanic, Photoshop, Lightroom and digital asset management.
  • Working knowledge of studio and sports photography.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, creative and possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities.
  • Photo editing and archiving experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in professional or collegiate athletics preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment
  • Occasionally lift or carry 25 – 50 pounds.

TRAVEL: Some travel is required.

SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
