Position Overview:
The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is seeking a dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our Premium Team during the 2025 season. This internship provides an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience in live sports hospitality while working closely with the league’s most important guests and partners.
As the Premium Experience Intern, you will travel weekly to all 14 PLL event weekends, serving as an essential part of our on-site hospitality and guest services team. You’ll play a vital role in the distribution and management of credentials for premium areas, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience for our VIPs. This internship offers invaluable exposure to the operations behind live sports events and the chance to sharpen your skills in event coordination, customer service, and premium hospitality.
Key Objectives:
  • Manage the distribution and organization of credentials for premium seating areas, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Host and provide exceptional service to PLL’s most important guests, including VIPs, sponsors, and league partners.
  • Collaborate with the Premium Team to ensure the smooth operation of hospitality areas at all PLL event weekends.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining guest lists, seating charts, and credential reports.
  • Serve as a point of contact for premium guests, addressing inquiries and providing personalized service.
  • Support the execution of on-site activations and experiences tailored for VIP attendees.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities throughout the season, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Must be currently enrolled in college or able to receive college credit for the internship.
  • Availability to travel weekly to all 14 PLL event weekends from May to September.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • A passion for sports, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to stay organized and composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities with enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
  • College Credit Only
  • Limited weekday hours with travel to all 14 PLL event weekends for a total of 40 hours per week
