You will gain high-level exposure to the inner workings of a professional sports organization, reporting directly to the Premium Experience, Sales, and Events Coordinator and the Vice President of Ticket Sales. This is a collaborative role where you will work cross-functionally with:
· Ticket Sales & Operations: Learning the mechanics of revenue and fan engagement
· Concessionaire Partners: Understanding nightly hospitality events and "Game Day" experience

The Big Picture
You aren’t just watching the game; you are the steward of the guest experience. In this role, you will oversee our most exclusive premium spaces for the Tacoma Rainiers' top clientele.
Serving as a vital link between our sales team, our concessionaires, and our guests, you will ensure that every one of our 75 home games is executed with precision. Detailed Responsibilities:
Gameday Operations: Precision & Excellence
- Real-Time Liaison: Manage active communication between the Sales Team and our concessionaire to ensure seamless food service and hospitality in all premium spaces
- Visual Standards: Oversee the creation and placement of professional signage for all luxury suites and clubs
- Quality Assurance: Conduct pre-game walkthroughs of all premium areas to ensure they meet our "Best-in-Class" standards, reporting and resolving issues with operations and concessions before the gates open
Sales & Marketing Support
- Homestand Strategy: Coordinate with the sales and concessions teams to prepare for upcoming homestands, ensuring all logistical needs are met
- Operational Readiness: Review and communicate operational requirements prior to each homestand and per game basis
- Creative Asset Management: Assist in the design, ordering, and production of marketing collateral for the sales team
Special Events & Community Engagement
- Auction Management: Play a key role in the execution of our high-energy, in-game jersey auctions
- Community Impact: Support the distribution and logistics for our Annual Kid’s Night Out

Schedule: This role is designed around the heartbeat of the baseball season

- Non-Game Days: Approximately 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (varied)
- Game Days: Approximately 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (varied)
- Compensation: This is a for-credit internship designed to provide foundational professional experience in the sports industry.
