At WHOOP, we’re on a mission to unlock human performance and extend healthspan. We empower our members with real-time, longitudinal health insights that help them understand how their daily choices compound over time—enabling better long-term health and lasting behavior change. WHOOP is seeking an MBA Product Management Intern to help identify opportunities and ship AI-powered experiences that reshape how members engage with their health. In this role, you will work closely with Engineers, Designers, Product Analysts, and Data Scientists to scope, test, and deliver features that help members build better habits and make progress toward their individual health goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and define how AI can improve product experiences that support member progress toward health goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and inform AI product direction.
  • Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Design to rapidly test new concepts, learn from real usage, and ship features that deliver meaningful member value.
  • Contribute to product thinking around building responsible and ethical AI experiences.
  • Synthesize research, market insights, and experiment learnings into clear, actionable recommendations for executives and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA candidate with experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or technology-driven roles.
  • Strong user empathy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into clear product direction.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions and evaluate impact.
  • Demonstrated builder’s mindset, with experience using AI tools to solve problems or optimize workflows at work, school, or personal projects
  • Passion and curiosity to explore how AI can be applied thoughtfully in products.
  • Interest in health, wellness, human performance, or behavior change.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

$35 - $40 an hour

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office. WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify to determine employment eligibility
