Job Description: As a Recreation Intern at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' experience through exciting recreational activities. From coordinating beach games to assisting with special events, you'll contribute to creating a fun and memorable atmosphere for all.

Responsibilities:

1. Must enjoy working with kids and leading camps and group activities.
2. Contribute to the energetic vibe at any of the recreation outlets, creating a safe and entertaining environment for kids.
3. Assist in planning and executing recreational programs and events.
4. Coordinate and lead beach activities, sports tournaments, and fun events.
5. Engage with guests to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience.
6. Collaborate with the recreation team to develop innovative and engaging activities.
7. Provide support in maintaining assigned recreational facilities depending on rotation.
8. Assist with administrative tasks related to recreation programs.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Recreation Management, Hospitality, Tourism).
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable lifting and carrying recreational equipment.
• Swim and participate in water-based activities.
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Able to safely maneuver around boat docks/marina
