RED BULL GRADUATE PROGRAM (UK and Germany)

The Red Bull Graduate Program is an 18-month development program like no other. It's designed for recent graduates and while specific responsibilities vary, the program provides a unique opportunity to gain insight and hands-on experience with the daily operations of a global brand.

• Job Rotation and Graduate Challenge Project
  • From day one, you will have the opportunity to dive into your role and collaborate with different teams, both internationally and interdisciplinarily. Through job rotation and the Graduate Challenge Project, you will broaden your knowledge, gain insights into our company, and strengthen your professional and personal skills.

• Performance Coaching
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback conversations, as well as regular check-ins, will help you achieve your goals, unleash your strengths and potential, and define your development opportunities.

• Development
  • You'll have the opportunity to leverage your strengths to enable you to work towards mastery. You'll receive the opportunity to take part in the Graduate training week and additional workshops to grow your skills and knowledge even further.

• Graduate Training Week
  • By participating in the Graduate Training Week and additional workshops, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and knowledge.

• International Community
  • We connect you with other peers who will inspire you and from whom you can learn. This way you lay the foundation for your network in the world of Red Bull.

Who we're looking for

You're an ambitious graduate or soon-to-be graduate who embraces big challenges. You're driven, motivated and you take your work seriously... without taking yourself too seriously.

Education & Experience
You will have already graduated or will graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by January (Latin America/Africa), April (APAC - Japan) or July (Europe/North America). You have a track record of pursuing personal passions and have gained valuable work experience through internships or beyond.

Personality
You are an open and communicative person, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and team spirit. You are ambitious, proactive, and have a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects, taking on new challenges, and driving your own development.

Passion
Whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion. Both professionally and other projects - your goals are always set high. You love to stretch yourself and are passionate about what you do.

Languages
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in the local language(s) may be necessary in some countries.

STEP ONE
Apply online
Once the Graduate Program starts, take a look through the opportunities listed above and apply for the position that best fits your strengths and interests. After that, you will receive an invitation to take our Red Bull Wingfinder - a personality assessment that provides insights and coaching on your strengths.

STEP TWO
Show us your passion
We invite you to tell us more about yourself, your background, your motivation, and your unique strengths in a short video interview (HireVue). You will receive the invitation a few days after submitting your application. You can comfortably complete the video interview from home - you have 3 days to do so.

STEP THREE
Tell us more
In a second video interview, we will take the opportunity to get to know each other better. We are excited to hear your story and career goals and are interested in what you expect from your role with us. We will also tell you more about the Graduate Program and the world of Red Bull

STEP FOUR
Meet us
If you are one of the final candidates, you will be invited to the Selection Day for the specific role and country to which you applied. It is the perfect time to dive into the world of Red Bull, meet your future peers, and take on challenges. Expect an exciting and inspiring day

STEP FIVE
Get your wiiings
If you give your best and manage to convince us, you will receive an offer to participate in the Graduate Program.

STEP SIX
Take off
Over the course of the Graduate Program, you'll show us what you're made of. The program runs for 18 months, starting in January for Latin America/Africa, April for Japan and July for Europe/North America. Your delivery and contribution will define the scope of your future journey.
