Rotational Development Associate (26-27 Season)

Position Overview:

The Bulls are seeking 2 individuals to participate in our Rotational Development Program for the 2026-2027 season. 

This Program offers a 9-month seasonal opportunity for career growth to individuals who are passionate about learning more about the business side of sports. We are seeking highly dedicated and driven individuals at the early stages of their career in sports, including recent college graduates, to fill these roles. During the season, Rotational Associates will rotate through three different departments and collaborate with dynamic teams. 

As a Rotational Associate, you will learn about our business and culture through on-the-job experience. Through this Program, you will build and develop skills that is relevant and valuable to your career development in sports. You will add to the team's culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members.

This program begin in August 2026 and conclude in May 2027. We select rotations for participants based upon business need and each rotation will be 12 weeks long. Our goal is for you to further grow and develop your knowledge, skills, and abilities. Rotations will be finalized and shared with Associates by July 2026. 

A sample of departments that may have a rotation include:

  • Marketing
  • Business Strategy & Analytics
  • Brand Communications
  • Community Relations
  • Corporate Partnerships Sales
  • Content
  • Partnership Marketing
  • People & Culture
  • Season Ticket Service 

Key Program Elements:

  1. Project Management: During each rotation, you will be given goals and specific projects to ensure you      gain a deep understanding of that department’s objectives for the season. Additionally, you will be responsible for daily tasks. 
  2. Learning & Networking: You will have the opportunity to engage and participate in learning events such as Learning & Leadership Series, Town Halls, Spotlight Series, and more! 
  3. Mentorship: You will have a mentor to help answer questions and offer insight into how to make the most of this Program      experience. They will also provide any further opportunities for shadowing and peer networking.

Qualifications:

We are looking to place a highly organized self-starter who can work well across departments to fill this role. You could be a potential match for this role if you have a strong mix of the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Strong desire to work in the sports industry with a strong passion to learn
  • Strong work ethic 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task several tasks
  • Highly detail-oriented with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent and positive teammate, who has the ability to work quickly in a collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Compensation & Benefits:

This role pays $20/hour and is eligible to earn overtime pay. The Chicago Bulls offer a relocation stipend for any candidates making a move to the state of Illinois.
