The 3-time WNBA Champions Los Angeles Sparks are seeking Sales Academy interns for the 2026 WNBA season. The Sales Academy is a comprehensive summer internship designed to give college students practical experience in all aspects of ticket sales. Through game day experiences, hands-on training, and mentorship opportunities, our goal is to provide aspiring professionals with the tools they need to launch their career in sports.
 
This is a non-paid internship and is for individuals who will receive college credit.
 
KEY PROGRAM BENEFITS:

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Attend all Sparks home games, plus weekly office hours 
  • Assist sales department with game-day activations and set up 
  • Attend community and membership events to drive brand awareness
  • Aid the ticket sales department in identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Develop a complete understanding of sales tools and processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective fans
  • Additional duties as assigned

 QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be enrolled in a college or university
  • Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree or are currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution
  • Must provide proof that you are eligible to receive college credit
  • Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule from April 2026-October 2026, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 

 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reliable transportation; Use of personal vehicle or alternative source of transportation
  • Ability to work weekends and nights is a priority

 EXPECTED AVAILABILITY:

  • Game Days – up to 8 hours 
  • Occasional Office Hours/Events– up to 10 hours a week
